Ramulose Ridge Vineyard, Moneta, Va. Girls Day. May 19th, 2018. We all enjoyed a beautiful wine tasting then shared a few bottles on the upper deck porch overlooking the vineyard. All of the wines we sampled here were very drinkable. My favorite reds were the Cab Franc, Syrah and Robusto. Robusto is a must! Whites worth mentioning are Chardonel, Vidal Blanc and Viogner. I’m not a sweet wine drinker so they are not mentioned here but if you are….give this place a try!
I must add that while this picture is telling you we were some classy ladies enjoying some lovely wines….Pictures from later in the evening would certainly tell a different story! We became gangsta/thugs while listening to our music and doing plenty of tequila shots.
